Year 4 had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating World Book Day this year! Instead of dressing up as book characters, we got creative and came to school dressed as adjectives—and the results were amazing.
The classroom was bursting with imagination. We had sleepy pupils wrapped in cosy blankets, sporty outfits ready for action, bubbly costumes full of bright colours and energy, and even some yummy costumes that looked good enough to eat! Every single outfit showed brilliant thought, effort, and creativity.
It was wonderful to see how confidently everyone explained their chosen adjective and how well they represented it through clothing, props, and personality. Year 4 definitely proved that words can come to life—and that learning can be a whole lot of fun!
