Year 6/7 have been busy in Forest School today describing and plotting positions on a full co-ordinate grid. They got very competitive whilst demonstrating how to play the game before the children partnered up and battled it out! They had to work as part of a team which will help them to hone many social skills, such as patience, empathy, communication, respect for others, compromise and tolerance. It also helps them develop confidence in themselves and trust in other people.
They used their Problem solving skills which can help to boost:
- Academic performance
- Confidence
- Career and life readiness
- Social skills
