Today for their Forest School lesson, Year 4/5 played a fun and educational game called Battleships. They learned about co-ordinates, while developing their problem - solving skills and their ability to work cooperatively with others. Working in pairs, they had to try to eliminate their opponents by correctly guessing the co-ordinates of their ships.
Pupils discovered that the key to making it hard for their opponent was to make their ships as small as possible.
