Today, our Year 1/2 Nature Rangers enjoyed a wonderful early Easter celebration filled with creativity, exploration, and a little bit of magic! 🌸🐣✨
The children took part in two exciting activities. At one table, they designed beautiful Easter decorations using cardboard, petals, leaves, and a variety of natural materials 🍃🌼. They added their own creative flair with bright acrylic markers and had great fun experimenting with colour and texture 🎨.
At the second table, the children decorated biscuits using squeezy icing in vibrant Easter colours 🍪🌈. While waiting their turn, others enjoyed free play before sitting down with some juice to admire and taste their delicious creations 🧃😋.
To end our celebration, the children discovered that the Easter Bunny had paid us a special visit! 🐰 A trail through the forest led them on an exciting adventure 🌳, where they found colourful eggs hidden along the way 🥚🌈. Each child chose an egg, placed it carefully in the Easter basket 🧺, and returned to the classroom with their special treat to take home.
