Congratulations to all our pupils who took part in the Greencastle Cross Country event—everyone performed fantastically and showed great determination and team spirit throughout the day. With brilliant weather adding to the occasion, it was a truly enjoyable and successful event for our school.
Congratulations to each and every runner. We were delighted with a number of outstanding individual performances: in P4, Sadie finished 1st and Caoimhe took 3rd in the girls’ race, while Paídí came 1st and Cillian 2nd in the boys’. In P5, Oliver secured an excellent 2nd place, while Orlágh finished 1st and Aideen 3rd. In P6, Rose achieved a strong 3rd place finish.
Our P7 pupils also impressed, with Saoirlaith finishing 2nd, and a special mention goes to our P7 girls’ team who won the ‘Oliver McCullagh’ Cup for the best team time—an incredible achievement.
Well done to every pupil who represented the school with such pride!
