Our Nature Rangers session was a bit of a wash out with Year 1/2. However we decided to complete the activity we had planned for outside in the classroom instead. We looked at the story, ‘The Wet Welly Day’ and talked about rain, rainbows and how mud is made. We then created some ‘mud’ creatures, using air-dry clay. The children each worked on their own creation and although outside was wet, they didn’t let it dampen their spirits! ☺️
