Year 4 Nature Rangers - Week Three 🐇🥕
This week at Nature Rangers, we embraced the Easter season with a cosy and creative session. The children began by warming up with a delicious cup of hot chocolate, each topped with a super‑cute bunny marshmallow to set the festive mood. As they enjoyed their drinks, they listened carefully to the task ahead: creating their very own Easter egg using natural resources found around the site.
The groups showed fantastic imagination and teamwork. They used sticks, leaves, petals, stones, moss and anything else they could discover to shape and decorate their Easter eggs. Some designs were incredibly inventive—one group even incorporated a Kinder Egg into their creation, which caused great excitement!
After everyone had finished, each group proudly presented their Easter egg to the rest of the class. They explained what natural materials they used, how they designed it and what inspired their final result. It was lovely to see how confident they were and how unique each egg turned out.
To finish off the session, we headed up to the Green Zone for a much‑anticipated Easter egg hunt. The children were superb—searching carefully, helping each other and making sure everyone had the chance to find their own egg. Their teamwork and fairness really shone through.
Overall, it was a brilliant session filled with creativity, cooperation and Easter excitement!
