Year 4 Nature Rangers Week Four 🍞

During our Nature Rangers session, Year 4 enjoyed a real outdoor treat — beans on toast cooked over the fire!

The children learned how to safely use the Kelly kettle to heat water and helped to light and manage a small fire under close supervision. Once the fire was burning steadily, we used it to heat up tins of beans and toast slices of bread over the flames.

Everyone worked together brilliantly, showing great teamwork and responsibility around the fire. When everything was ready, the children tucked into their warm beans on toast, enjoying every bite in the fresh outdoor air!
